The Ascend Phoenix LH Billet Receiver Set

Next Level Armament learned the owner of Ascend Armory was retiring, so we took over all of Ascend Armory’s IP, and we now machine the product line in house at our state of the art machining facility. 

After the massive success of the Ascend builder sets, we wanted to continue that tradition.  We tightened up the tolerances as you have come to expect from Next Level, but left the basic aesthetics of the original sets.  Due to the popular demand from our Ascend 308 Ambidextrous receivers in the left hand version, we returned to the design table and re-engineered the Phoenix.  The results are a left-hand version of the Ascend Phoenix AR15 sets.

Designed for the Left Handed Shooter

Even though the original Ascend Phoenix sets had full ambidextrous controls, the new left-hand version is more ergonomically pleasing for a dedicated left-hand shooter, and the upper receiver ejects to the left side.  Enjoy the comfort and natural control provided by the left-hand setup which still maintains complete ambidextrous functions.

Each set is milled from blocks of solid 7075 Aluminum to aerospace tolerances, then anodized to Mil-spec Class III-Type2 specifications.

**Handguard Compatibility:  The Phoenix uppers will NOT work with a handguard that overlaps the receiver due to the contour of the upper.  Handguards must be flush with the front face of the receiver to work without custom fitting.**
