For customers in California:

Due to the new California firearms laws, Next Level Armament will no longer be shipping to individuals in California.

California passed two major firearms laws that go into effect on January 1, 2026.  One of those laws, AB 1263 adds new requirements for the purchase and delivery of firearms accessories.  

According to the new law, every purchase shipped to individuals must:

• Have the identification of the individual verified, and the shipping address must match the verified ID.
• Have notices placed on the exterior of the packaging stating “Signature and proof of identification of person aged 18 years or older required for delivery.” 

As a manufacturer, Next Level Armament does not have the ability to verify the ID of individuals, and, unfortunately, there is no guidance given for what is considered a proper verification process.  Therefore, we will not ship directly to California residents.

If you wish to purchase a Next Level Armament product, please contact your local firearms dealer and have them contact us to place an order for you.  We will continue to ship to dealers who can verify your ID according to the new law.
