Oscar 30K Titanium Suppressor

We designed the Oscar 30K Titanium Suppressor based on our full-size Oscar 30 Titanium Suppressor.  We eliminated one internal baffle to reduce the overall weight and length of the original.  If you want an effective, but lighter weight suppressor with reduced length, this model meets your criteria.  

Each Oscar suppressor is a one-piece, solid Titanium suppressor with HUB compatibility.  Precision turned for adaptability, you can use any HUB compatible mount.  Whether you want a direct thread adaptor, or a quick detach mount such as the ASR Bravo series or Dead Air Keymo, the choice all yours.  Enjoy the lighter weight of Titanium, all while keeping your rifle well-balanced and reducing the sound impact on your ears.

Next Level Armament’s unique baffle design separates the stream of air and gas, directing them through ports and into outer spiral channels designed as part of the baffles. This creates several independent vortices as the air and gas passes through each baffle, eventually exiting out of the ports at the end of the suppressor. Next Level’s design significantly reduces the typical “blowback” of gas into the firearm due to backpressure, which reduces fouling and ensures a more enjoyable experience for the operator. 

Coating: 

We finish coat each suppressor with Infernoware, a revolutionary coating that dissipates heat, both during and after use.  We’re the first to introduce this coating to suppressors and the results are beyond belief.  See our blog post for testing results here.

NOTE: We manufacture additional HUB compatible direct thread adapters for additional barrel thread size options, or you can choose your own preferred QD options using the HUB compatibility.  We highly recommend using mount from an established and reputable company to avoid baffle strikes due to a low quality mount system.

CLEANING RECOMMENDATION:  Due to the one-piece design, it is difficult to keep the inner air passages clean.  To keep your suppressor working efficiently, we recommend soaking in CLP for cleaning every 300-400 rounds .  Soak for several hours, drain, and remove the fouling by blowing it out.  This can be done by simply using the suppressor (shooting it out) or by using compressed air.
