The NLX Prime AR15 Billet Receiver set

Each NLX Prime Billet set starts with a solid USA Milled 7075 Aerospace Alloy Aluminum block.  We cut to length on our Programmable CNC Marvel Saw.

After cutting, we machine each lower receiver complete in-house on our Haas SS mills with Touch probe capabilities. Designed for the customer, we included an extended trigger guard.  The NLX Prime billet lower also features a take-down pin tension screw and a threaded bolt catch pin.  We include this hardware with each lower.

To machine the uppers, we perform lathe operations on live tooling Mazak Machines. After lathe operations, we transfer the receivers for machining on our New Haas SS mills with Touch probe Capabilities.  Our newly designed NLX Prime billet upper now features no forward assist.   This enhances clearance for charge handles while providing a streamline and light weight design.  Each upper ejection port is milled out to accommodate up to .458 Socom.

Finally, we hard coat anodize each receiver to mil-spec tolerances, ensuring a long lasting finish.

Completely designed with weight in mind, the NLX Prime AR15 set weighs in at 14.6 oz. Whether you want a light weight rifle for hunting or competition, our unique design reduces weight for a truly lightweight and strong platform for your rifle.
