- You must be signed in to your account at the time of purchase to receive Loyalty Points.

- Earn 200 points for each product review
- Limit one review per customer per item
- Customers must have purchased the product to submit a review
- Abuse of the system may result in removal from the loyalty program and forfeiture of points
First Order
- New customers receive 500 points after completing their first order

NLA Loyalty Points FAQs
- Points are awarded and are available for use 24 hours after an order is completed, or a review has been submitted.
- Any returns or cancellations will result in forfeiting the points earned for that transaction.
- Once you are signed in to your account, if you click the “My Account” tab on the right side of the home page, you will see a section labeled “NLA Loyalty Points”.
- There is no expiration date on points.
- Eligible points will show in the payment area of the checkout page and can be redeemed at checkout towards your purchase.
- You can redeem your points for a store credit in the NLA Loyalty Points section under your account. This store credit does not expire and can be used on future purchases.
- There is no minimum purchase requirement to earn points. We appreciate your business, no matter how small of a purchase you make!
- We do not limit how many points you apply at one time. You spent your hard earned money with us, therefore, the points you earned can be applied whenever you want- you’ve earned them!
