Capitol Armory Fulfillment Information

Next Level Armament teamed up with Capitol Armory Fulfillment,  provide assistance with processing customer orders.  

The Fulfillment Process and How it Works:

1. Order a qualifying suppressor from the Next Level Armament website.
2. If the service is allowed in your state and you have a qualifying suppressor in your cart, the Capitol Armory Fulfillment service will appear as a shipping option at checkout.  If you choose to use the service, we charge a one-time $40 shipping and handling fee for use of this service.  *Free shipping offers do not apply to use of the fulfillment service.*
3. Once checkout is complete, we notify Capitol Armory of your order, and they will contact you to complete all of the required paperwork.
4. All other items (if any) will ship directly from Next Level Armament to you.  There is no additional fee to ship other items if the Capitol Armory Fulfillment option is being used. ** Please note – If you also purchased a firearm or lower receiver, you will still need to contact the FFL you wish to use for transfer and have them send us a copy of their FFL.**
5. We pay Capital Armory the remainder of the fulfillment service fee, so there is no additional charge to you as our customer.
6. Once your paperwork is approved,  Capitol Armory will ship your suppressor directly to you!

Eligible States:  Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

This Program is not available for: California, Delaware, Washington DC, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, or Rhode Island.
